Upcoming Lodge Work Day Set for March 14, 2009

The first workday is scheduled for March 14th. It is planned to have one each quarter of the year. The primary focus of the first workday will revolve around carpentry, preparation and cleaning. Painting will take place on the next workday May 16th. Keep in mind that anyone who would like to donate time, talent and/or supplies for the workday or any time other than the work day will be welcomed and assisted. If anyone has specific talents with carpentry and paint preparation please let me know as soon as possible so we can organize the group for the first workday. We will need one group for the work and another group to follow up later in the day for cleaning up and general cleaning. Let us know if you can help ASAP!

Repair 9 metal ceiling tiles and paint
Inspect seats and make repairs
Attach wheels to pillars
Decorate walls with memorabilia

Install shelf at secretary’s desk

Box in furnace with bead board and bi-fold doors
Cover elevator with bead board
