2009 Officers Installed in Open Ceremony

On Sunday, December 21st, the 2009 officers of Dallas Lodge #182 were installed in an open ceremony which was attended by nearly 90 brothers and guests.
The day began with a delicious meal prepared and catered by Capt'n Eddie's - complete with their specialty...Chicken Dressing.
After the lunch was served, the program began with Junior Past Master W. Bro. Tim Shipp welcoming the brethren and guests on behalf of the lodge. W. Bro. Shipp then turned the lodge over to W. Bro. Drew Lane, W. Bro. Eddie Gurley, and Bro. Mac McPherson to perform the installation on behalf of the Grand Lodge of Georgia.
Once the installation had been completed, the 2009 Worshipful Master, Bro. Matt Webb delivered a speech concerning the plans for the lodge in the coming year as well as recognized the other officers of the lodge who, in turn, recognized their families and guests in attendance.
Throughout the day, there was beautiful music provided by W. Bro. Greg Brown's blue-grass band Heartfelt.
A great time was had by all!
